I offer solution focused hypnotherapy that concentrates on the resolution of the problem rather than spending too much time dwelling on the cause as in traditional talking therapies. This method can be applied to issues such as weight loss, smoking, insomnia, phobias, anxieties and many more other areas. My aim is to make rapid change in the minimum number of sessions.
I believe strongly in an evidence based approach to hypnotherapy so if I feel that your problem is not something that can benefit from hypnosis, then I will tell you up front, and not waste your time and money.
As well as solving problems, hypnosis can be very helpful with motivation. Examples of this are motivation to study for exams and motivation to train for sporting events.
